Lending a helping hand to all

On the day when I faced disaster, they confronted me, but the Lord came to my defense.

The Lord will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace and remain at rest.

But this happened that we might not rely on ourselves but on God.

Set your minds (affections) on things above, not on earthly things.

Love the Lord your God with ALL your heart and with ALL your soul and with ALL your mind.

If you want to know what God wants you to do, ask Him, and He will gladly tell you, for He is always ready to give a bountiful supply of wisdom to all who ask Him.

The eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to show Himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward Him

You, O God, have given me relief when I was in distress!
