HE said, ‘I am the light of the world. Whoever follows Me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.’

John 8:12

• Darkness, despair and discouragement are not part of God’s plan for your life.
• Darkness of evil never has and never will overcome or extinguish God’s light in your life.
• When we follow Jesus, the true Light, we can avoid walking blindly and falling into sin (darkness).
• He lights the path ahead of us so we can see how to walk and live.
• He removes the darkness of sin from our lives.
• He promises that if we will follow Him, we will never walk in darkness.
• We can live each day of our lives in the light of His glory and grace.
• He is the light that our hearts long for and need.

PRAYER: Lord, I pray that You will come and flood my life with Your light. Enlighten my darkness. May I never walk in darkness again and may the brightness of Your presence increase in my life, in Jesus’ Mighty Name. Amen.
